Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or rectification under the following conditions:

Workmanship Issues: If there is a defect or issue with the workmanship of the windscreen repair or replacement, we will inspect and either rectify the issue or provide a refund, as appropriate.

Incorrect Service: If we have provided a service different from what was agreed upon, we will work with you to correct the error or offer a suitable refund.

ADAS Calibration Discrepancies: If the calibration is found to be faulty due to our error, we will re-calibrate at no cost or offer a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available in the following cases:

If the damage to the windscreen worsens due to underlying issues or environmental factors after a completed chip repair.

If a replacement was recommended over a chip repair and the repair was chosen by the customer.

If service was completed based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
